Quality management system

The laboratory is implementing quality management system in conformance with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard.

The key document of this system is the quality policy, articulated by the top management of the laboratory.

In implementing the laboratory’s quality policy:

• in its organizational guidelines, it guarantees impartiality, independence and honesty,
• it guarantees the confidentiality of tests conducted,
• it ensures appropriate supervision over documents and entries,
• it has tests performed by qualified and systematically trained personnel,
• it applies a procedure of corrective and preventive actions,
• it has appropriate premises and environmental cond
• itions,
• it supervises laboratory equipment in conformance w
• ith the procedures and timetables for calibrations,
• it participates and inter-laboratory comparative tests,
• it systematically conducts internal aud its and system reviews.
